Mikkel Danvold comes most recently from a position as Senior Vice President of APAC & Emerging Markets in GN Hearing, part of GN Store Nord, which is one of the world’s largest providers of hearing instruments and diagnostic equipment with approximately €700m of sales in over 80 countries. In his most recent role, Mikkel Danvold covered all of Asia Pacific, Eastern Europe, Russia, Middle East, Africa as well as Latin America. Mikkel Danvold has thus broad and global experience from the medtech industry and a proven track record in successful commercial execution. He has held several leadership positions during his tenure with GN Store Nord and has achieved fast sales growth and increasing profit.
Jesper Green Schou comes most recently from a position as General Counsel & Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs in GN Store Nord, which is one of the world’s largest providers of hearing aids and professional headsets, listed on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen and part of the OMX C25 index. In this role, Jesper was overall responsible for Legal, M&A and Strategic Projects, Regulatory Compliance, Human Resources, Risk Management and Corporate Communication. Jesper started his professional career in 2000 as a lawyer with the leading Danish law firm Kromann Reumert, specializing in commercial law, M&A and insolvency/restructuring. In 2014 he joined McKinsey & Company in the role of Associate, supporting mainly global pharmaceutical companies developing and implementing sourcing and business strategies. Jesper has a proven track record of execution and delivery across a wide array of commercial and organizational transformation programs, large scale M&A transactions and strategic projects. Jesper holds a Master of Laws from the University of Aarhus, a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and Accounting (HD-R) from the Aarhus School of Business and an MBA from Insead.
Chief Financial Officer
Michael Bjergby is a highly commercial finance professional with experience in ensuring financial support and advice to drive business strategy and commercial execution. He has special competency in capital markets and investor communication.
Michael Bjergby started his career as a stock analyst in a Danish sell-side company, Dansk Aktie Analyse, analyzing companies and preparing recommendations to potential investors. In 2008, Michael Bjergby moved from the stock market industry to Global Finance at Novo Nordisk where he took up the positions firstly as Financial Analyst and thereafter as Financial Risk Manager. He worked for 2 years in the Global Treasury department hedging interest rate risk, foreign exchange risks and managed the relationships to the Credit Rating agencies, Standard & Poors and Moody’s.
In 2010, Michael moved to GN Store Nord where he took the position as Investor Relations Manager in the Investor Relations & Treasury department and soon advanced to head up the department as Vice President for Investor Relations and Group Treasury. Most recently, Michael has worked as CFO for GN Hearing in APAC & Emerging Markets carrying out a distinct expansion strategy, executing on a number of growth projects to pursue Commercial Excellence and creating the future commercial strategy initiative for the group.
Michael holds a Master in Economics from the University of Copenhagen.
CCO & CSO
Marcin Sieczek is a graduate of the International Management program at Copenhagen Business School (CEMS MIM). He also holds Master’s degrees in Finance and Banking from the Warsaw School of Economics and in Law from the University of Warsaw.
His professional career started in 2003 with short-term assignments in the banking, manufacturing and specialized consulting industries. In 2005 he joined A.T. Kearney, the leading global management consulting firm, where he worked as a Senior Business Analyst until 2008. That year he took on the role of Associate and began leading smaller projects as well as high-profile project streams. From 2011 until 2014 he held the position of Manager, supporting top executives in developing and implementing business strategies.
Within A.T. Kearney, he headed numerous projects across multiple European markets for leading local and multinational corporations in the FMCG, Pharma and Financial Services industries. He specialized in supporting management in strategy development and implementation, as well as in selected operational effectiveness improvement engagements.
CMO & Direct Sales
Roberto Antonini joined Pikdare in 2018 as CEO, after 11 years in the Italian pharmaceutical Zambon, a multinational company present in over 100 countries with a turnover of almost 700M€.
In Zambon, Roberto held the position of a Managing Director of Zambon Italy – the group’s largest affiliate, for 7 years, and in the last 4 years he was a General Manager for North and Central Europe, managing the affiliates in France, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands, and opening new affiliates such as UK, Germany-Austria, and the Nordics, also through M&A.
In 2016 Roberto also managed the Global Specialty Business unit in Zambon, with exposure to US, China, LATAM and Eastern Europe, in addition to Western Europe.
Before joining Zambon, he developed his experience in Pharma and FMCG Italian and multinational companies (such as Angelini, Star, McKesson-Lloyds), reaching leadership positions starting from marketing and sales. Roberto has a degree cum laude in Economy from the University of Rome.
VP NA Sales
Carl Ward is an accomplished global commercial leader well known for his skills in building teams, brands and businesses that improve people’s health and wellness while also delivering exceptional growth in shareholder value. Over the course of his 30+ year career, Carl held senior marketing and sales leadership positions at some of the world’s leading healthcare companies including Pfizer, Novartis, Unilever, Reckitt Benckiser and most recently Becton Dickinson where he was the General Manager for the US Diabetes Care Division. Carl has extensive local and global experience having successfully led complex commercial organizations in both Europe and the US and held senior strategy and global marketing positions where he transformed the performance of business units and brands in excesses of $500 million dollars in revenue.
In his current capacity at HTL-Strefa, Carl leads the North American business unit as head of the commercial and operational functions. Carl is trained as an economist, receiving his undergraduate degree from Drew University. He earned his MBA from Columbia Business School with a concentration in Marketing.
Alberto Munzone graduated from the Polytechnic University of Milan in 1991 – Electronic Engineering (automation) Studies. He also obtained a Master’s Degree in Management and Business Innovation at MIP Politecnico di Milano (1999 – 2000).
Alberto developed his professional career in Artsana Group production plants. He started in 1993 as Process Engineering Manager in the Healthcare Plant, where he strengthened his technical skills.
In 2002 he joined the staff of Artsana’s Operations Director, having the opportunity to work on various projects in different plants. His primary mission was focused on improving industrial productivity through enhancements of production processes, working methods, industrial structures and current products.
In 2003 he became a Plant Manager at Artsana Sud (cellulose-derived items).
From 2007 to 2009 he managed another Artsana Plant in Gessate (MI), specialized in the production of cosmetics.
After this experience, in 2009 he went back to the Medical Devices Plant as a Director (production of syringes, pen needles, patches, bandages, gauzes), where he was responsible for Production, Planning, Industrial Accounting, Process Engineering and Maintenance, Warehouse Management, Kaizen Engineering, Quality Assurance and Quality Control, EHS.
Following the merger between HTL-STREFA and PIKDARE in October 2018, he took up the position of a Global Industrial Director and is responsible for managing the entire manufacturing area of the new Group.
