Mikkel Danvold comes most recently from a position as Senior Vice President of APAC & Emerging Markets in GN Hearing, part of GN Store Nord, which is one of the world’s largest providers of hearing instruments and diagnostic equipment with approximately €700m of sales in over 80 countries. In his most recent role, Mikkel Danvold covered all of Asia Pacific, Eastern Europe, Russia, Middle East, Africa as well as Latin America. Mikkel Danvold has thus broad and global experience from the medtech industry and a proven track record in successful commercial execution. He has held several leadership positions during his tenure with GN Store Nord and has achieved fast sales growth and increasing profit. Mikkel Danvold, together with the current HTL-STREFA management team, will focus on accelerating HTL-STREFA’s strong growth trajectory and ability to further drive the commercial agenda. Management Board Member – Head of Corporate Affairs
Jesper Green Schou comes most recently from a position as General Counsel & Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs in GN Store Nord, which is one of the world’s largest providers of hearing aids and professional headsets, listed on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen and part of the OMX C25 index. In this role, Jesper was overall responsible for Legal, M&A and Strategic Projects, Regulatory Compliance, Human Resources, Risk Management and Corporate Communication. Jesper started his professional career in 2000 as a lawyer with the leading Danish law firm Kromann Reumert, specializing in commercial law, M&A and insolvency/restructuring. In 2014 he joined McKinsey & Company in the role of Associate, supporting mainly global pharmaceutical companies developing and implementing sourcing and business strategies. Jesper has a proven track record of execution and delivery across a wide array of commercial and organizational transformation programs, large scale M&A transactions and strategic projects. Jesper holds a Master of Laws from the University of Aarhus, a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and Accounting (HD-R) from the Aarhus School of Business and an MBA from Insead.
Management Board Member – Chief Financial Officer
Michael Bjergby is a highly commercial finance professional with experience in ensuring financial support and advice to drive business strategy and commercial execution. He has special competency in capital markets and investor communication.
Michael Bjergby started his career as a stock analyst in a Danish sell-side company, Dansk Aktie Analyse, analyzing companies and preparing recommendations to potential investors. In 2008, Michael Bjergby moved from the stock market industry to Global Finance at Novo Nordisk where he took up the positions firstly as Financial Analyst and thereafter as Financial Risk Manager. He worked for 2 years in the Global Treasury department hedging interest rate risk, foreign exchange risks and managed the relationships to the Credit Rating agencies, Standard & Poors and Moody’s.
In 2010, Michael moved to GN Store Nord where he took the position as Investor Relations Manager in the Investor Relations & Treasury department and soon advanced to head up the department as Vice President for Investor Relations and Group Treasury. Most recently, Michael has worked as CFO for GN Hearing in APAC & Emerging Markets carrying out a distinct expansion strategy, executing on a number of growth projects to pursue Commercial Excellence and creating the future commercial strategy initiative for the group.
Michael holds a Master in Economics from the University of Copenhagen.
Management Board Member – Chief Operating Officer & Head of Poland
Jarosław Bieszczad before joining HTL-STREFA, worked at the Silesian Cable factory in Czechowice-Dziedzice, Poland, as Financial Department Supervisor and the Attorney of the Joint Stock Company. In 1996, he was appointed the Chief Financial Officer and Attorney of Huhtamaki Polska Sp. Z.o.o, where he was responsible for the Finances, Accounting, Controlling, IT, and Human Resources Department. At the same time, he supervised local projects concerning the implementation of ERP and warehousing data solutions, as well as Lotus Notes, the fusion of companies, and further expansion of manufacturing facilities (in terms of finances, scheduling, transfer of production from other plants of the group, and relationships with contractors), and defined the European projects common charts of accounts, standards implementation of Oracle E-Business Suite for Finance, and the study of SSC with location in Poland.
From 2008 to 2011, he worked at POCH S.A., initially as Vice President for Finance, responsible for co-creation of the company’s development strategy, obtaining funding and grants for investment projects, and planned implementation of BI solutions. In 2010, he became President of the Board and was responsible for implementing the strategy and the dynamic development of POCH S.A.
From September 2011, he held the position of the Vice President of Finance, and since January 2015 he has been Vice President of Operations & Finance and Member of the Board at HTL-STREFA.
Jarosław Bieszczad is a graduate of the Faculty of Industry Organization and Management at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Cracow, and also graduated from the Faculty of Geodesy at the same university. He underwent a series of training programs at the International School of Banking and Finances in Katowice, Poland, an Advanced Program for Leaders (in Finland), and an International Program for Leaders (in Barcelona and Finland).

Management Board Member – CSO – Product Innovation & Business Development
Marcin Sieczek is a graduate of the International Management program at Copenhagen Business School (CEMS MIM). He also holds Master’s degrees in Finance and Banking from the Warsaw School of Economics and in Law from the University of Warsaw.
His professional career started in 2003 with short-term assignments in the banking, manufacturing and specialized consulting industries. In 2005 he joined A.T. Kearney, the leading global management consulting firm, where he worked as a Senior Business Analyst until 2008. That year he took on the role of Associate and began leading smaller projects as well as high-profile project streams. From 2011 until 2014 he held the position of Manager, supporting top executives in developing and implementing business strategies.
Within A.T. Kearney, he headed numerous projects across multiple European markets for leading local and multinational corporations in the FMCG, Pharma and Financial Services industries. He specialized in supporting management in strategy development and implementation, as well as in selected operational effectiveness improvement engagements.
In 2014, he joined HTL-STREFA and currently holds the position of CSO, the Management Board Member responsible for strategy and business development at HTL-STREFA.
