SZLACHETNA PACZKA – THE NOBLE BOX PROJECT 2015

Szlachetna Paczka (the Noble Box) is a project established in 2001 in Poland in order to provide aid to the poor families during Christmas holidays. Its main premise is the idea of helping wisely – providing direct aid in a way that it is effective, concrete and meaningful, but also giving hope and an impulse to act to the families that are in difficult life situation.

About month before Christmas, donors can choose a family which they would like to help, and in the middle of December, the volunteers deliver completed boxes to the families.

This year HTL-STREFA took part in this wonderful project by helping two families. For a few days our office become a warehouse for all the things that we placed afterwards in the Noble Box’es and our employees became Santa Clauses for the chosen families.

It was great and very touching experience and we are so happy that we could be a part of something so meaningful, and of course we are going to participate in this project in 2016!
